Teams, Groups, Results sharing Overview

To share and compare geme results we need:

Sharing of results/leaderboards

Every game result is recorded in a preselected group. Who can read the data is defined by the privacy type. We have four types: PERSONAL (owner), and PRIVATE, PROTECTED, and PUBLIC, which apply to groups of players.

Privacy Type Color Indicator Who Can Create/Owns a Group? Who Can See Results?
PERSONAL green When you register, a personal group is automatically created. Only the owner can add results, after logging in.
PRIVATE green Supervisor or power user. The group owner can see results for all members. Each member can only see their own results.
PROTECTED blue Supervisor or power user. Members of the group can see results from other members.
PUBLIC red Supervisor or power user. Results are shared publicly. Both nickname and result are visible.
